After taking a positive psychology class last semester I learned what that you need to think positively in order to be happy and there are endless benefits to thinking positively including improving your health. Although people know that thinking positive thoughts is benefical, we tend to keep up with our negative thoughts. Thinking positively can be challenging..constantly looking at the bright side of things, and negative thinking can seem easier as we lower our expectations of ourselves.
